The ETTP Research Hub conducts action-oriented research designed to bridge the gap between the rigorous methodologies of academic research and the practical needs of practitioners, entrepreneurs, funders, and policymakers within developing and emerging markets. Our mission is to foster economic inclusion by leveraging extensive practitioner insights and expertise to accelerate impact through targeted research.
We recognize the importance of using evidence to drive action and amplify impact. Therefore, our hub is dedicated to embedding research into decision-making processes, improving access to insights, and informing the practices of stakeholders across the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
WHAT WE DO
RESEARCH
We excel in identifying research needs, designing studies, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and developing reports and case studies.
RESEARCH EMBEDDING AND CAPACITY BUILDING
We create research dissemination strategies and capacity training programs to enhance access to knowledge, influencing how practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and funders support SMEs.
ECONOMIC AND POLICY ADVOCACY
We participate in economic and policy discussions to amplify the voices of small businesses. We provide feedback on draft policies and legislation and inform SMEs about economic and policy changes, helping them proactively manage risks and seize opportunities.
